► Establishing active and constructive relations with universities, institutions, organizations, industrial centers and stakeholders in the field of European studies, especially through networking and development of scientific associations on both sides of Iran and the European Union;
► Laying the foundation and actions in the research fields related to the 2027 horizon Europe and the development of HE in Iran;
► Organizing special scientific activities agreed upon by Iran, the European Union and other countries to implement a joint program at the scientific level;
► Facilitating the implementation of basic, applied and development research projects in various possible scientific fields in relations with other countries;
► Providing scientific and research consulting services in various European fields within the framework of the center's capabilities to universities, various scientific, economic, cultural and political institutions of Iran;
► Actions in the research fields of Jean Monnet project and utilizing the financial and research facilities of the European Union, including the establishment of a scientific center, Jean Monet chair, etc.;
► Active participation in holding and attending scientific conferences, seminars, webinars and workshops;
► Cooperation and facilitation in launching and holding courses related to European studies;
► Holding various scientific meetings in the field of European studies; legal, contractual and applied research advice to expand Iran-EU relations;
► Cooperation in developing comprehensive and strategic plans and policies in the international arena;
► Continuous monitoring of activities and quantitative and qualitative indicators of the results of the international field;
► Collaborate in organizing and developing executive procedures, processes, and regulations with the aim of facilitating international affairs;
► Counseling and providing solutions for student admission activities;
► Activities in the field of scientific exchanges between professors and students;
► International scientific activity through joint publications in Persian and other languages appropriate to the partner countries and universities, including books, journals, reports, etc.
